Looking for a death record of William Alexander Moreland...Born in 1852.Down Ireland..parents were William and Agnes Cauley...I believe he may have died in Greenockbetween 1897- 1913..but am not certain..some of the family came to Canada..but have lost him entirely
He was married to Annie Paterson Anderson b.1863 Kilmarnock..they were married in Patrick Lanark Scotland in 1887 and soon afterwards went to Australia..where they had 4 children William b.1888...Agnes b.1890...Isaac b.1892 (my grandfather) and Annie b. 1895 ...APPARENTLY they went back to Scotland for some years before coming to Canada..But iI have recently found an obit for his wife Annie Paterson ..d.June 10,1945, Toronto, Ontario...which states she was the wife of the LATE William Alexander Moreland of Greenock, Scotland..which I am now assuming to mean he died in Scotland and is buried there...CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT?
I would be very greatful.
