I am trying to find out how to get hospital/birth records for my boyfriend who was born in Hackney, England July 23, 1966 and placed at Goodwood House Orphanage shortly thereafter. His birth name was Ian Robert Howe and his name was changed to Peter James Moore upon adoption.
I am trying to get this information to determine Peter's time of birth. I am an astrologer unable to cast his horoscope since his time of birth is not on the birth certificate he has, nor does this document name the hospital where he was born.
If anyone has any information about hospitals listed in this area it would be greatly appreciated!! |
