| Searching any details regarding GEORGE FERGUSON Born 1834 Swinton Yorkshire. George sailed for Australia via "Golconda" from Liverpool Eng. arriving Sydney 25 May 1857. He was a Shepherd. Parents were JOSEPH and JANE FERGUSON. His parents were still alive when he left in 1857. George was only 22 when he arrived alone in Australia. George married Louisa Lucy Dicketts 20 Jul 1858 in Orange NSW. They finally made a home in Dubbo NSW after having 11 children. Louisa Lucy was from Donhead St Andrews Wiltshire. |
