could anybody help me?
i am desperately trying to find my birth father. his name is Tom Cummings and he should be in his late 30's
i was born on 2/12/82 to a rosemary and tom cummings and we lived in a council house.
as far as i know tom cummings went into a borstal ans i lived with my mother and her boyfriend paul(i think). i was in and out of care every 6 months due to abuse and i got taken off them finally when i was 18 months old and went into a foster home( because of my mothers boyfriend). When my father got out of the borstal he and his parents wanted to have custody of me but they were not allowed.
