LOUSIA BROW HIRD (nee THOMSON) Born Edinburgh Scotland Circa 1893/94 .Married to WILLIAM HIRD of Cockermoth (?) Cumbria U.K.
Emigrated to Australia about 1925 had one Son named Ian.Established a farm at MOUNT WHITE NSW
about same time scale. I am her nephew sonn of her brother JOHN we have no contact with them since learning of her death in the 1950's.I am making up a fdamily geaneology file any assistance would be invaluable.
Further her brother GEORGE THOMSON went out to work with the BHP and I believe he settled in Wollongong married a lady called Ruth No contact has beem heard of since he used to write to his mother in Edinburgh until her death in 1955 aged 93.Would be nice to know if any relatives exist Down Under!!! |
