| Hi everyone,I am still trying to locate the whereabouts of my adopted brother.He was born Vincent John Bate on the 4th May 1968 at Hertford County hospital,He was later placed with foster parents in Watton at Stone,thereafter his adoption was dealt at Hereford welfare services by a Mrs Soullard. My brothers formal adoption then took place on the 31/03/69 at Watford court. I have been told that he may of grown up in the area of St.Albans. Therefore if anyone knows of someone with these details although my brothers name may of been changed at his adoption,could they please contact me a.s.a.p as i have been trying to locate him now for 20yrs.I hope that one day we may meet again. |
