I am trying to find my biological dad serge m. Antoine born on 28 december 1942 or 30 december 1940 Mauritius. He must be above the 60 years now. In the sixties he lived in the UK and worked on several ships( mauritius-Germany) It could be possible he has studied economics in the UK or Germany.
His friend at that time was Jacques Astruc but he doesnt know where my bio-dad is.
According to him my bio-dad could be mentally-ill because of an accident he had.
Please help me find him. It is very important.
