Searching for any information on Michael Bertram Spencer. Born July 15, 1947, Southend-on-Sea area of UK. Birthparents Bertram and Peggy Spencer (nee Fowler) Peggy later married to surname 'Yost'. Michael may be using Spencer, Fowler or Yost. Family lived at 177 Lonsdale at Southend-On-Sea, later moved to Dartford area. Bertram drove bus in Dartford area. Any info at all is welcome.
