Hi,
I was born November 8th 1966 in Hallam Hospital, West Bromwich to a Dorothy Hilda Jack of Greenside Way, Walsall.
I was officially adopted the following April. Any information would be gratefully received. I am happily married - 14 years now and have 2 lovely girls, and would dearly love some information on my birth parents. |
