I was born MARIE LUNT on 22nd August 1963 (or there is one record of 23rd August 1963)in Wordsley, Manchester.
I don't have any details of my birth mum except that there is some connection with Newcastle, Staffs.
My birth father apparently had 3 children so I have some half siblings out there somewhere.
I was adopted by Mr and Mrs Matthews from Teddington, Middx about 6 months after I was born, Kingston Court. The Adoption agency was the Lichfield Diocesen Society. I was renamed Sally Jean.
Any information about my natural parents or family would be wonderful.
