Searching for family
Father William White son of George White & ALice Louisa Welch.
Barnardo boy along with his brothers, Albert & James.
George died in June 1905 age approx 32, boys put in home in July 1905. Mother kept daughters Alice & Rosie.
She remarried to a Robert Wannell in ??? had 3 more children ???
Boys sent to Canada: Albert 1906, James 1909 & William 1910.
James killed in WWi age 20 buried in France, Albert wounded in Amiens France in WW1, came back to Canada returned to England - died ?? had 2 daughters names unknown.
would love to hear from Alberts descendants.
Also looking for family of George White.
fathers name Thomas White age 83 in 1905, wifes name unknown
Georges brothers name WIlliam White & Frederick White.
Alices parents names: James Walsh (Welch maiden name on my dads birth certificate could be typeo in either place) & Elizabeth Ann Walsh.
sisters of Alice: Elizabeth Phillips & Jane Partridge
Know very little of this side of the house, I am the yougest child of 9 born to WIlliam White in Canada.
My dad WIlliam was born in 1901 & died in 1980, all of his siblings probably are deceased now.
Would love to hear from any Whites or Walsh (Welch) that might be related,
