| Another year has passed & I am still searching for two half brothers born approx 1943 & 1945 quite possibly in the South East region of England. Mother's name thought to have been Irene/Eileen? Father Canadian served with RCA 3rd Med Regiment, stationed for a time at Mitchum & throughout Surrey prior to D/Day at Normandy. Relatives here in Canada have recently verified knowledge of the two brothers, recall seeing a photo of them taken together at a very young age, but due to passage of time, could only remember that perhaps both their names began with an "R". Some time ago, I was contacted & given info of an Earl R Barg, March 1945, North East Surrey & Taylor as a perhaps maiden name? Supposedly this info was taken from micro-fiche. Sadly, those here, who could have provided the important info are now deceased. Here's hoping, that perhaps there is someone out there, who has knowledge of similar family history within their own & would care to contact me. There is no intent on our part to intrude, or cause ill feelings. Would dearly love to find these two brothers & in advance appreciate any help available. |
