William Bowman married Isabella Farquharson in Glenmuick, Aberdeenshire in 1776.
But where and when was he born!!! ~smile~
You just wouldn't believe that the parish records from 1748 to 1765 are missing, would you!! ~smile~
William seems to have a link to Walter Bowman, Laird of Logie-Fife, according to a great uncle's journal.
I have developed a fetish for Scottish Bowman, which has developed into a sizable database of Scottish Bowman folk.
Please enquire. I may well have information or cousins for you. Or both! ~smile~ |
