Searching for parents names of Thomas Hay and Margaret Wilson of Scotland. Both lived Leys of Cossans near Glamis, Forfar, Scotland. Their son, Robert A. Hay married Catherine McKiddie (from Newton of Glamis); they emigrated Scotland to Ontario, Canada about 1847 with their children. Robert was factor at Linlathen Estate of Thomas Erskine. I would appreciate any information about the Hay family or Linlathen Estate.
