Hi,
I am trying to locate my father Paul Higgs, he is in his early to mid 40's. He was born in Ipswich and his father is called Christopher Higgs, he has two sisters Ruth and Rachel. He joined the Royal Navy around 1979 and was based in Plymouth in 1980/81. He left in 1992 and last known to live somewhere in Northern Ireland. I believe he may be married with 2/3 children.
