| MORETON - was your mother/grandmother born in Salford, Lancs? First name Elsie/Edith/Ethel? Her maiden name was Etherington and her father was a policeman. E. was born around 1900 and so unlikely to be alive today. E's mother was my great aunt and would love a photo if any has survived in the family - even of her when she was older (she died in 1959) |
