I'd like some advice please. I'm trying to find my birth mother and have a possible address for her, and also one for my half sister. I have 2 possible addresses on the electoral role for my mother and one for my sister, and want to confirm their date of births before a mediator contacts, where do I look now? please! I don't think it's New Register House in Edinburgh as I confirmed last known addresses there.
