| Looking for information on Alexander McDonald,Born abt 1819, Bracadale, Isle of Sky, son of James McDonald and Annie Stewart. He travelled to Australia under the "Bounty" scheme in Sept 1839 on the "George Fife". He was a stonemason, and married Catherine McDonald, daughter of John McDonald and Isabelle Cameron in 1842. Catherine and family had also travelled to Australia on the George Fife. |
