I am looking for anyone who knows anything about who I am.
I was born June 6th 1948 at Redhill County Hospital, Surrey. Name: Cynthia Caddick
I know my mother was Nancy Caddick age 39 of 27 Grasemere Road, Purley Surrey
Father, British, 45 years of age merchant, married with six children and unaware of paternity.
Private adoption arranged by Doctor Stafford, believed to be in Croydon, Surrey.
Adopted by John Henry Fitch and Ethel Violet Fitch (maiden name Peat). Address 8 Old Farleigh Road, Selsdon Surrey.
Christened Rosemary Doris Fitch.
