I am interested in locating a lady whose name back in 1968 was Anne Slocombe. I was born to her in Exeter, Devon on 08/04 and she named me Claire, which is still my middle name.
Two years ago, aged 33, I was diagnosed with breast cancer - I had all the treatment and surgery, and am absolutely fine right now! It has made me think that finally, this could be the time to make contact with my birth mother.
Although I love my parents very deeply, I must admit to a lifelong curiosity about my natural mother, and it would be a bit of an adventure to meet up. However, I am totally realistic and am aware that sometimes these things just don't work out, and thats OK too...
