Trying deperately to search for relatives who emigrated to Australia in the mid 40s.
My Aunt Edie Morris (Nee White) widow took 3 of her children from her 1st marriage, their names were Edna Morris, Jinmmy Morris and Tommy Morris.
They moved to Adelade where Aunt Edie met her 2nd husband (name unknown) he owned a canning factory in Adelade.
Aunt Edie left her sisters, brothers and Eldest Daughter Vera Morris behind in the UK.
Vera moved to Burford in Oxfordshire where she ran a Post Office in the 60s and her husband, whos christian name was Morris (surname unknown) I am told that he worked for a car production company in Oxford. One of Edie's sisters was my Grandmother her name was Annie Elizabeth Allen (Nee White) if anyone out there in Australia or Oxford England who may be related or remembers anything please get in touch.
