John William Batkin
I am looking for any relatives of a John William Batkin, born December 13, 1884 in Deptford, South London, England. I believe his parents were John William Batkin (Sr.) and Emily Elizabeth Ploughman. John Jr. came to Canada as a British Home Child, through Dr. Bernardo's agency in 1895. I am interested in any information regarding his family and the circumnstances which led to his emigration. |
