I was born on the 24th of January, 1960 in England. My natural parents were Leslie & Nellie Holland and she was from County Limerick. A few month prior to my birth my father Leslie died. On or about March, 1960 my mother Nellie took my brother (also called Leslie) my sister (Patricia) and I back to Ireland to her sisters home in County Limerick. She left shortly thereafter and when no trace of her could be found, I was put into the County Home (St. Ita's) in Newcastlewest, County Limerick. I am as yet unsure where my brother and sister were put, though I led to understand that Leslie was put in a boys home in Glin, County Limerick and that Patricia may have been put into a girls home at Mount Carmel, O' Connell Avenue, limerick. All i presently know is that my sister married a policeman and now resides somewhere in England. Can any help me in my search.
