| Can anyone help me find the whereabouts of the family or friends of Colonel Franks who was the Chief Recruiting Officer in Poona, India, 1941-3. He knew my father who worked under him. His young daughter was also with him in Poona at that time. I would like to have some information about him. I was a boy of ten at the time and admired him greatly. He was fond of me. |
