Im searching for a Malcolm Carter who lived in Thorney (peterborough) around 1963, he would be aged between 57-59 now. I dont have much to go on only know his parents are both deseased. I am trying to contact him because his daughter Christina Bellars is eager to find her biological father. Christina's mother was Janice J Bellars .Christina was born in a small village near London (Crowland) on Sep 13th 1964.She now lives in Austin Texas.He did know she was born and seen her when she was about 3 weeks old.
