Would anyone have any clue as to the info on William Shearer (Serg of Police) in Coylton, Scotland. He married Janet Cowan Brown on Sept 30,1859 in Parish of Coylton. His parents were David Shearer and Isabella McGill. Any info would be GREAT !!!!! I need his death date and any help on his wife's people....From Maybole, Ayr, Scotland.
