Hi,
I am trying to contact my birth mother and her daughter, Carol Dowey(maiden name), who gave birth to me in Kirkcaldy 12/04/1962. She is married and I believe lives in Northern Ireland.
I would like to do this discretely as to not upset my adopted mother. |
