I am trying to find the family of EDITH Phillips(edie)nee Harrison, from wythenshawe Manchester born approx 1918?,She married Billy Phillips we believe on her way to perth australia after oct 1947?
My grandad's mother was a Mary Harrison whom married an Evans Brown from Virginia usa(Mariner)in april 1873 in Liverpool aged 22yrs.Her father was named Joseph Harrison a Land Surveyor,
My Grandfather was named Joseph Brown b 6th Jan 1874, his sister Harriet B 30th Dec 1880.
Mary died poss accident before 1891 as children found with an auntie louisa a Mckenzie no mention of their mother in 1891 census lived in toxteth park area liverpool.
Evans died 1903 in usa. Harriet was sent to washington where she died we believe in a fire after 1891.
Any information welcome,we believe edie had 2 brothers names unknown.
