I am searching for my mom's brother and sister. They were all orphaned approx. 1928 to 1931. The girls, Ivy (b.1920) and Florence (b. 1922) Hayhurst, were raised at Shotley Bridge, County Durham; the son, Robert (William-?) Hayhurst was raised at a boys orphanage near Newcastle. Robert worked on the Esso oil platforms when he left the home in the late 40's and has not been heard of since about the age of 23. Ivy married thomas Parsons and in 1963 went missing. Their parents are Robert Wm. Hayhurst (Journeyman riveter-missing inthe No. Sea in late 20's) and Florence May Meddes Hayhurst (died Cherry Knolls 1963-unbeknownst us).My mother, Florence May Hayhurst Day and I have been searching for 15 yrs. for Ivy and Robert, even making two trips to England. Mom lives in Perris, California and recently had a stroke, but doing well. My search continues for her benefit. Any clues would be appreciated. My address in Texas is L.M.Wallace, Rt. 2 Box 890-1,..
