I am looking for information on my great, great grandfather Donald McLellan. I think he is one of the passengers listed on the immigrant ship Lulan in 1848. I'm not sure exactly where he came from, but the passenger list says most were from North and South Uist. He had a son Angus before he emigrated, and later, in Nova Scotia Canada, had a daughter Ann.
He was born around 1821, and was a widower by the time of the 1871 Census of Canada.
