I was born at St Lukes Hospital Bradford 21 December 1963 and my birth name was Allison Bellamy. My birth mother was from stayed at St Monica's Home Bradford until I was six weeks old. I was adopted by Joe & Gloria Scott through the York Adoption Society and my name was changed to Deborah Mollie McHale Scott. My birth mother's name was Sheila Bellamy nee Dent. I had a brother Christopher who was approx 18 months old from her marriage. My birth father was Martin Bellamy also of Sheffield but I am not sure he is aware of my existence. Sheila had a brother Peter and a sister Hazel. I understand the reasons for my adoption but would love the fit that final piece of the jigsaw together. If anyone knows Sheila or any of the family please get in touch.
