I am looking for Notmans that might have been in Leith during WW1. My grandfather is supposed to have stayed with "cousins" there during that time. He came from Nottingham where the family has been established since 1778 when Alexander Notman married Elizabeth Meats.
I am desperately trying to find the much talked of Scottish connection that the family is supposed to have had!
Interested in all Notmans as well as i am extremely curious about the "family". |
