| Still looking for those Barnehurst girls from the late 1940s/early 1950s - Jean Thurkettle (nee Bryant) of Castleton Avenue, Pat Sole of Parkside Avenue, Doreen Smith of Downbank Avenue and Dorothy Troth of Fairford Avenue. It is possible that Jean is living in Hassocks, Sussex. Would be nice to reminisce over our childhood days and summer evenings at Barnehurst golf course. Poor Doris Jarvis (nee Williams) died some years ago. |
