| The name on my adoption certificate is Natalie Campbell. I was born on 6 December 1970 and am trying to trace my birth relatives. My mother's name at time of adoption was Edith Elaine Campbell and the address on the birth certificate is 25 Fortis Green, East Finchley. I believe I have a brother and sister. Edith was born in Lincolnshire and was a Nursery Nurse. I was born at the Victoria Maternity Hospital, Barnet. Should anyone connected see this message, please email. :) |
