| I´m searching for the parents and family of James Wilson Bateson born in York, Yorkshire in 1829. He was married to Nancy and they had four children:John b1850,Richard Henry b1854, Sarah Ellen Bateson born about 1855, and Robert Carr Bateson all born in Rawtenstall, Lancs. Sarah Ellen married Mark Whitehead in 1874 in Great Harwood and they had eight children including my grandmother: Mabel Bateson Whitehead. I´ll be very grateful for any information. |
