Hi am hoping someone out there may be able to help me. Am trying to find the trial records for one WILLIAM HUSSEY who was tried in County Carlow in 1797 and sentenced to life. Transported to Australia and arrived aboard the "Anne1" in 1801. He had been imprisoned in Newgate prison whilst awaiting transportation. I have not been able to find where he came from, his birth date etc. Just nothing, its like he fell out of the sky into County Carlow courthouse in 1797. Would appreciate any help. Many thanks Lee.
