| I am searching for ancestors of John George Bowers, who married Rebecca Moffat. Both were from Sunderland. Rebecca died in 1900 at age 30.They had 2 children, Robert and Isabelle. John remarried a few years later to Martha Birtley. They had 3 daughters and one son, at least. Moved to Fairbury,Illinois,USA., then to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada. I know there was an Amy Bowers, and a Fred Bowers living in Newcastle. My mother was born in Newcastle in 1897. Want to visit any living relatives in 2005. |
