If you think this is you, then we could be the family you have never met and who long to meet you.
Your birth mum could not keep you and still hurts from the memory of the day they took you from her. I can only imagine what that must have felt like, but keeping you was not an option for Annette and she has felt punished by the memory ever since. All she has are two photographs taken in the mother and baby home (which really wasn't allowed) but obviously, she treasures them.
