| My Grt, Grt, Grandfather, William King,born in Edinburgh 1796, was a soldier in the 42nd regiment. The 42nd regiment of what? can anyone help with any information. Also i'm trying to trace my Grt Grnd/father Robert Paul, a 'currier' to trade. Husband of Isabella Lochiel, and father of Isabella who married John King Copperplate printer. all of Edinburgh i believe. |
