| I am trying to trace my birth father - I believe his name is Stephen Smith and he came from the Lanarkshire area, possibly Wishaw, Motherwell or Shotts. I think he worked in Smiths Clock Factory in Lanarkshire, and this is where he met my birth mother - Ellen Plunkett. I was born in 1972 and adopted in the same year.
