Hi,
Does anyone remember the Lavender family living in Abertillery until about the late 1940s? Elsie Margaret Lavender was my nan born in 1912. her mother and father were Ethel May Lavender (nee Bayliss) and William John Lavender. Her sisters were Maureen (Mary), Connie (died aged 21yrs circa 1940), Sheila and brother Hayden. They lived in Glendauer St (not sure of the spelling) for some of their time.
