| I would appreciate any information about my gggrandfather James Booth b. 1811 at Wortley, Leeds. He married Elizabeth Clapham and they immigrated to Pennsylvania about 1831 and later to Canada abt 1849. James left his brother John, Matthew, Willm, Samuel and sister Elizabeth and Alice in England. Correspondence found from 1850 was from the John Booth Leathers Building, Hunslet Carr Moor, Leeds in Yorkshire. If anyone knows of this family, I would love to hear. Thanks. |
