I am trying to located my sister her maiden name was Noreen Winder. She could be anywhere in England. At one time she was married to Bob Elms. Last known location was St. Cyrus, Scotland roughly 19 years ago (1981) If anyone has any information on her where abouts or if you even have any suggestions on where to look for her I would really appreciate your help.
