Seeking information on Michael BUTLER, born about 1783 at Maidstone Kent (or so he said). He married a woman named Elizabeth (could be HAKETT)and died in 1863 at Medway Union in Chatham, Kent. He and Elizabeth had 10 children:
Michael (b 1809, d 1874),
Martha (b 1811),
Eliza (b 1814),
Rebecca (b 1814),
Thomas (b 1821),
Jane (b 1823 m John CRAGIE in 1848),
Mary (b 1825),
William Staples (b 1828),
Ann Staples (b 1829 M Reginald HEATH in 1851), and James John (b 1834). All these children were born at Strood or Frindsbury. |
