I am searching ( without much success ) for Willaim Baird.He was my maternal Gt Grandfather. I believe he was born in Montrose Scotland and married mary jane feard on 26.12.1891 in Northumberland. I know his father was called John who was a shipyard labourer born in Scotland. He was married to Alice ?. On Williams marriage certificate one of the witnesses was Alice hogg Baird. This may well be his mother.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated. |
