Hello All,

I live in South Australia and my hobby for about 8 years now has been doing research for people overseas who had people come here in the 1800's, and who might like to have some information about their people from the Family History Records here.

I would be more than happy to help if someone wants information from South Australia. Just send me any information you may have, especially:-

Name/s of person/people who emigrated to South Australia.

Any information you may already have.

I have access to a large number of ships passenger lists covering people who came here from the U.K.

Our birth records go from 1842-1928, the death records 1842-1915 and our marriage records 1842-1937. (The civil registration did not commence in South Australia until 1842. Prior that, all baptism, death and marraige records occurred in the only Church here, called Holy Trinity.

This offer is very genuine.!! I have been doing this for years now, and know my way around the library records section very well. I do not ask for, nor do I want, any renumeration for anything I may find. For me, this is a hobby and I refuse to charge for it, because I want it to stay a hobby which I absolutely love.

If you want me to look anything up for you, or you know of someone who may have had family come here in the 1800's who may want some information about them, feel free to send me an email at my above email address, and I will do all I can to help. I spend every Friday (my day of work!!) in the library, so if you get in early in the week, I can usually look for info. on the Friday of the same week.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who would like me to see what I can find for you.

Regards
Heather
