| Seeking info on JOHN ROSS who came to America ca 1774, supposed to have been on ship 'Bachelor' of Lerth, a widower with 6 sons between ages of 20 years to 4 years old. Their names were ELIJAH ROSS, FRANCIS ROSS, JOHN ROSS, MARTIN ROSS, WILLIAM ROSS and BENJAMIN ROSS. I have been told that he lived in Kabel in the Parish of Farr and in the County of Sutherland.
