BRIGHTON – 27 APRIL 1942:
A young woman in Brighton had a baby boy on 27 April 1942. We believe she was Irish Catholic and worked for a doctor, who was the baby’s father.
The baby (now 63) was adopted and brought up in Sheffield. He has three children in their 20s who would love to know if their gran is still alive, and whether they have uncles, aunts, cousins.
Do you know of a woman who had a baby on 27 April 1942 in Brighton and gave him up for adoption? Or do you know who the doctor might have been? If so, please get in touch!
