I was born 11th March 1966 and given the name Wendy Foster by my birth mother Kathleen Foster. I was adopted 10 days after my birth to a wonderful couple who also had an older adopted daughter. My birth was registered in Portsmouth and my adoption order was dated 15th August. I have applied for a full birth certificate but records seem unavailable. If any of this is familiar with you please make contact. I am looking for any information however small. Also if anyone is able to help with adoption certificates that would be appreciated also.
