| Hello, My Great Grandmother Delia E. Murray arrived to The USA from either County Cork Or County Claire Ireland in 1887. Does anyone know where I would begin to look for record of her arrival. I have checked Castle Garden and Ellis Island records. I cannot find any records of Delia that match her stated date of arrival. Delia's Father was John Murray (Murry)and her Mother was Elizabeth Egan(Eighan)She was born approx 1869 in Ireland. She married in the US But I cannot find the record. She lived most of her life in the US from 1900-1929 in Nebraska. Can someone tell me how the Irish arrived to the USA if they did not come through Ellis or Castle Garden?
